Untiedt, Donna Rae (Marriage - 23 Apr. 1960)

 

Mr. and Mrs. Donald G. Scidmore are making their home at Des Plaines, Ill., where he is employed. Their marriage took place Saturday.

 

Miss Donna Rae Untiedt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Untiedt of Curtiss, and Donald G. Scidmore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Scidmore, of Colby, exchanged marriage vows in St. Mary’s Catholic church, Colby. The Rev. John Pinion ? the ceremony before the nuptial high mass.

 

Attending the couple were Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Scidmore and Mr. and Mrs. Barry ?.

 

Ushers were Emil Untiedt and Bob Steffen.

 

The bride’s long sleeved gown of white lace and tulle over satin was floor length with a chapel train, and was detailed with a tulle ruffling at the hem and the V neckline. Her finger tip veil was secured by a crown of lace. She carried a bouquet of red roses and white carnations.

 

Her attendants wore blue and pink organza gowns in ballerina length with matching veils. They carried nosegay bouquets of pink roses and white carnations.

 

After the ceremony, dinner was served in the school gymnasium to about 150 guests, followed by a reception at the Scidmore home.

 

Prior to her marriage, the bride was employed at the Marine National Bank in Milwaukee.
