Kayhart, Lloyd L. (23 Sept. 1909 - 25 Aug. 1960)

 

Lloyd L. Kayhart died unexpectedly Thursday afternoon of a heart attack while at work on the lawn at the Odd Fellows Home, Green Bay. He was 50 years old.

 

Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Polnaszek Funeral home with the Rev. Harold Welch, pastor of the Evangelical United Brethren Church, Dorchester, officiating.

 

Internment was made in Dorchester Memorial cemetery. Pallbearers were Verlyn Beyreis, Elmer Bomback, Dennis Kayhart, Clem Loos, Ray Nevals and Albert Zorman.

 

Mr. Kayhart was born Sept. 23, 1909, in the town of Holton. He attended the Pickard school and spent most of his life in this area. Eight years ago, he bought a farm west of Unity, and two years ago, sold it. He made his home in Green Bay for a time, then returned here. The past two and one-half months, he has been at Green Bay and was presently employed at the Odd Fellows Home.

 

Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Ada Kayhart, Green Bay; four sisters, Mrs. Ernest (Blanche) Beyreis, Marshfield; Mrs. Raymond (Helen) Weiland, Selan, Wash.; Mrs. Albert (Idella) Collier, Green Bay; and Mrs. Ferdinand (Dorothy) Meyer, Isabella, Minn.; and two brothers, Albert, Abbotsford, and Donald, Marshfield.

 

Those attending the services from out of town were Mrs. Ada Kayhart and Mrs. Idella Collier and children, Green Bay; Mrs. Ferdinand Meyer, Isabella, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bouchard, Green Bay; Mr. and Mrs. Dave Hoefer, Mr. and Mrs. William Ayres and Mr. and Mrs. Perry Collier, Ladysmith; Miss Bonnie Kayhart, Edgar; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Beyreis, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kayhart, Marshfield; Mr. and Mrs. Clem Loos, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Nevals, Withee; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Bomback and Mr. and Mrs. Al Zorman, Willard; Mr. and Mrs. Cerlyn Beyreis, Spencer; Joel Winchell, Harold Winchell, Mrs. Nora Lang and daughter, Shirley, Mr. and Mrs. Wilke and Mrs. William Malchow, Dorchester.
