Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Radke, 93, who died Friday, were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 at the Evangelical and Reformed church at Colby, with the Rev. Orville Egber officiating. Burial was made in the Colby cemetery.
The former Emma Velle was born at Centerville Mar. 21, 1867, and was married to Charles Rakke in 1892. They farmed in the town of Colby all their married life.
Mr. Radke died in 1936 and their only child, Carl, died in 1950. For some time, Mrs. Radke made her home with Mr. and Mrs. Harold Brockhaus in the town of Colby, where her death occurred.
Six sisters also preceded her in death.
