Perry, Charlotte (3 Feb. 1880 - 20 Sept. 1960)
Funeral services for Mrs. Orin Perry, 80, who died Sept. 20 at her home at Hancock following a long illness, were held Sunday afternoon at the Congregational church. Burial took place in the Plainfield cemetery.
Mrs. Perry, the former Charlotte Bound, was born in Plainfield Feb. 3, 1880. She married Orin Perry Jan. 12, 1905, in Plainfield.
Mr. and Mrs. Perry made their home in Abbotsford for a number of years, and later, at Owen. When Mr. Perry, an engineer for the Soo Line, retired about 11 years ago, they moved to Hancock.
Mrs. Perry was a charter member of the Abbotsford chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and was the chapter’s first worthy matron.
She is survived by her husband and two daughters, Mrs. Roger (Evelyn) Fiebig at La Crosse and Mrs. Francis (Ruth) McClellan of Milwaukee. There are four grand children and two great grand children; and one sister, Mrs. Myrtle Urban, Plainfield.
Those from here who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Treat, Mr. and Mrs. George Kelsey, Mr. and Mrs. Harlo La Fond and Charles Brown.
