Krueger, Madeline (23 June 1893 - 5 Dec. 1960)
Funeral services for Mrs. William Krueger, 67, of Route 1, Curtiss, who died Monday, will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock in St. Paul’s Lutheran church, Green Grove, with internment in the parish cemetery. The Rev. Howard Timmerman will officiate.
Mrs. Krueger was admitted to St. Joseph’s hospital, Marshfield, Nov. 26, and died there Monday morning.
The former Madeline Glenzer was born in the town of Colby June 23, 1893, and lived in the Colby and Curtiss area all her life. She was married to William Krueger in 1911. Mr. Krueger died in 1956.
For several years, Mrs. Krueger was an employee at the Clark county hospital at Owen.
Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. Emil (Viola) Untiedt, and Mrs. Melvin (Betty) Gosse, both of Route 1, Curtiss; and a son, Melvin, of Milan. There are 17 grand children and two great grand children.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Gerhardt, who died last May, and three brothers and four sisters.
