Beiser, Jean Ann (20 MAR 1951)
Miss Jean Ann Beiser, daughter of Mrs. Henry D. Verwey, Winneconne, and C. G. "Blackie" Marvin, Marshfield, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Marvin, Loyal, were united in marriage on Tuesday afternoon, March 20, 1951. The ceremony was performed in the First Presbyterian Church, Winneconne, with the Rev. Frank D. Harris officiating at the 1:30 o’clock service.
A brown straw hat, brown accessories, and an orchid corsage accented the champagne-beige suit worn by the bride. Attending her was Miss Audrey Woldt, Winneconne, who appeared in a black and white checked suit and black hat. Pink accessories and a pink rose corsage added a bright note of color to her ensemble.
Robert Beiser attended his brother-in-law as best man.
Members of the wedding party were served at 4 o’clock dinner at Van Camp’s in Appleton.
Mrs. Marvin, a graduate of Oshkosh State Teachers College, is a member of the Marshfield Public Schools faculty, while her husband, a graduate of McKinley High School and a veteran of several years’ services in World War II, is a partner in the K & M Electric Service, Marshfield.
Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Marvin and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Prior attended the wedding.
