Canfield, Margaret Elizabeth (Marriage - 31 January 1959)
The parsonage of the Methodist Church in Neillsville was the scene Saturday of the wedding of Miss Margaret Elizabeth Canfield and Russell Otto Kuehn. The Rev. Virgil Holmes performed the nuptial ceremony.
The bride, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Canfield, Rt. 2 Granton, was attired in a light blue suit, highlighted by a corsage of red roses and matching accessories.
Miss Catherine Elmhorst, Granton, cousin of the bride, was her maid of honor (the rest of the paragraph was an ink blur).
The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kuehn, Rt. 2 Granton, asked Darwin Canfield, brother of the bride to be his bestman.
Approximately 75 guests attended a reception and dance in the American Legion Hall, Neillsville.
Both the bride and groom attended Granton High School. They will reside on Rt. 1, Granton. The groom is employed in Marshfield.
