St. John’s Catholic church in Marshfield was the scene of the marriage on Jan. 18 of Miss Betty Marg, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Marg of Neillsville, and Patrick H. Plunkett, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Plunkett of Greenwood, formerly of Loyal.
Attending the couple as maid of honor and best man, respectively, were Miss Alice Plunkett and Harry Plunkett, Jr., sister and brother of the groom.
The groom is a member of Wally Ives’ orchestra and upon their return from a wedding trip to Illinois, the young couple will live in Marshfield.
To the newlyweds, The Loyal Tribune extends its wishes for a long and happy life.
