Jacobs, Cielita (Marriage - 18 April 1959)
St. John’s Lutheran Church in Neillsville was the scene Saturday of the wedding of Miss Cielita Jacobs and Herbert E. Blum of Neillsville. The Rev. Norman Lindloff performed the double ring ceremony before an altar banked with baskets of flowers.

Her strapless ballerina length bridal gown was fashioned of French lace with a very full skirt. The fitted bodice was sleeveless and was complete with a lace jacket. The short finger-tip veil cascaded from a jewel studded tiara. She carried a bridal bouquet of white roses entwined with green ivy.
Mrs. Calvin Nantz of Chicago served her sister, as matron of honor. Mrs. Gordon Zickert was bridesmaid.
The attendants were dressed in gowns fashioned of French lace with matching lace jackets.
The groom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Blum, Sr., 110 E. 1st Street, Neillsville, was attended by Calvin Nantz as bestman. His brother, Craig Blum was groomsman. Ushering duties were carried out by Lawrence Spaete and Spencer Blum.
