Geise, Mrs. Howard (Purse went for a ride– 1959)
A purse, which went for a ride on a car fender, was found on West 5th Street last Thursday morning by Mrs. Tom Yndogliato and Mrs. Murel Mott of Pine Valley. It belonged to Mrs. Howard Geise.
Mrs. Geise had placed it on the car, walked to her garden and then came back to the car and drove to the Neillsville County Club. Upon arrival she missed the purse and then remembered she had left it on the fender. The purse fell onto the street a few blocks from home. The Pine Valley women delivered it to Mrs. Geise almost before it was missed. It contained currency, important papers and keys.
