Mrs. Albert Tremmelling and her mother-in-law, Mrs. James Tremmelling, Marshfield, were Friday dinner guests of Mrs. Albert Marks and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Norman Nielsen of Berkely, Mo., arrived Saturday for a week’s visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gus Deutsch, and with his mother, Mrs. Mae Nielsen. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Deutsch and their guests visited Mr. and Mrs. Norman Larkin and family in Black River Falls. Mrs. Nielsen and Mrs. Larkin are the former Nancy and Beatrice Deutsch, respectively.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Snyder of Chicago and his sister, Mrs. Lucilla Fenske of Eagle River, spent the weekend with their sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Scherer. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Scherer and family of Milwaukee were also guests.
Mr. and Mrs. Anton Hubing and Marilyn, visited Sunday with her father, Frank Mashak in Cashton.
The Bethany Circle of the Neillsville Methodist Church will meet Wednesday, May 6, at the home of Mrs. Kenneth Manz. Mrs. B. H. Peterson will lead devotions and Mrs. Roy Stanley will present the program.
Mr. and Mrs. Chester Williams and two sons of Milwaukee visited last weekend at the homes of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Melford Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bruhn.
Miss Ruth Pietenpol of Granton visited Tuesday afternoon with relatives and friends in Neillsville.
Mrs. Lillian Schweinler, who has been making her home in recent weeks with her son-in-law Earl Bruhn, went to Altoona and Eau Claire Tuesday to visit a few days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. DuWayne Schweinler.
Miss Winnie Bruhn and her fiancé, Ronald Raines, visited last weekend at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Bruhn, and visited her mother at the hospital in Marshfield. Mr. Raines is assigned to duty at the Norfolk Naval Base in Virginia.
