Schaefer, Mathias (9 November 1864 - 18 May 1959)

Funeral services for Mathias Schaefer, 94, were conducted Thursday afternoon from the Georgas Funeral home.  The Rev. Ethel B. Nulton of Greenwood officiated, and burial was made in the Neillsville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were: Fred Buchholz, Henry Harder, Frank Murphy, Everett Shaw, Fred Murphy, and Lavern Cutts.

Vocalist, Ellis Wall, sang, "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Beyond The Sunset".
