Globe, Wisconsin (21 May 1959)

 

Mrs. Ida Kalsow and son and Mrs. Laura Amidon drove to La Crosse Sunday to be present for a birthday of Mrs. Kalsow’s grandchildren at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Haag and family.  Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Mech and daughter of Neillsville were also there.

 

Mrs. Conrad Kaiser and son, Robert, of Chicago visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Victor Schlinkert and family Saturday while her husband spent the day with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Kaiser in Marshfield.  They returned home Sunday.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow visited Mrs. Clara Timmler Saturday afternoon near Neillsville.

 

Otto Kalsow, Wauwatosa, visited last week with relatives in the Globe area.  Monday afternoon he and his sister, Mrs. Paul Klauer, visited Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow and were supper guests there. That evening he and his sister, Mrs. Martha Hoffmann and Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow visited Mr. and Mrs. Ferd. Grap.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thoma entertained their card club Wednesday evening.

 

Otto Kalsow of Wauwatosa was a supper guest of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Mitte and son Wednesday evening.

 

Mr. and Mrs. James Sturtz and family of Granton visited Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hagen Sunday afternoon, and were supper guests there.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow were dinner guests of her sister, Mrs. Anna Pischer, in Granton Sunday.

 

Mrs. Herman Dux and son, Louis, drove to Milwaukee Saturday evening, where they attended the confirmation Sunday morning of Freddie Schoenherr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Schoenherr. They returned home Sunday.
