Janesville Settlement (2 July 1959)
The County highway crew has been busy re-tarring the "26 Road".
Mrs. Clark Hatton received word last week that a daughter, Hollis Ann, was born to Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Christie, Jr., at Portland, Wash. June 19.
Mr. and Mrs. Nels Nielsen and family of West Allis brought Mrs. John Nielsen home last week. She had been visiting relatives in Watertown and West Allis. Mrs. Nielsen spent an evening in Sun Prairie with Mrs. S. B. Flagg.
Mr. and Mrs. John Baughman spent Wednesday evening with the Clark Hatton’s.
Mrs. Henry Nielsen entertained a number of little folks last Sunday in honor of their son, Harris, on his seventh birthday.
