Holy Family Catholic (First Communion - 1959)
Eighteen children received their First Communion Sunday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard, with the Rev. Aloysius Madic officiating.
Those receiving communion were:
Charles Bayuk, Eric Kapfer, Marcia Kokaly, David McFarlane, David Sackmann, Joseph Stremikis, Mary Govek, Diane Klapatauskas, Michael Kotcon, Joanne Rakovec, James Sladich, Diane Volovsek, Roger Gregorich, Jeann Klovas, Richard Legault, Raymund Petkovsek, Laura Sloniker and Susan Devenec.
Sisters who taught the children during the two weeks of summer school were: Sr. M. Vianney, Sr. M. Dolores and Sr. M. Aloysius. Mat Malnar, Jr., a seminarian of Holy Family Parish, assisted the Sisters in the instructions.
