Upton, Mr. and Mrs. Gavin (Western Trip - 1959)
Mr. and Mrs. Gavin Upton returned Saturday evening from a four-week 6,600 mile trip to the west coast. They went to the Grand Canyon, Yosemite and Yellowstone National parks. They visited relatives in Omaha, Nebr., Denver, Colo., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Eggiman at Santa Ana, Calif., Miss Theo Jonkel at San Francisco, and friends at San Jose.
They returned by way of Idaho, taking the northern route to avoid the intense heat of the south.
