Cesnik, Jera (? - August 1959)
Mrs. Ignatz (Jera) Cesnik, Sr., died last week in Hillsboro at the home of her son, Ignatz, Jr. She made her home there after the death of her husband several years ago.
Mrs. Cesnik was a long-time resident of the Town of Hendren, having settled in Willard with her husband in 1909.
Funeral services were held from the Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard Wednesday at 10 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Aloysius Madic officiating. A general rosary was held on Tuesday at the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood.
Burial was made in the parish cemetery beside her husband.
She is survived by two sons, John and Ignatz, Jr., Hillsboro; Ann Cesnik of Chicago, and Mrs. Anton (Mary) Sain of Whitetail, Mont.
