St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran (Lindloff Brothers - 19 August 1959)
The three Lindloff brothers had a part of the services Sunday at the St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neillsville. The Rev. Donald Lindloff of Winona, Minn., delivered the morning sermon and the Rev. Lyle Lindloff, associate pastor of the Lutheran Church at Columbus, delivered the afternoon sermon. The Rev. Norman Lindloff, the local pastor, assisted in both services.
"It was natural that the three brothers," said the Rev. Donald, "should enter the ministry, as we had a father and grandfather in the ministry before us. Grandfather came from Germany and started his ministry in Minneapolis."
When the Rev. Norman Lindloff came to Neillsville, his brother, the Rev. Donald, succeeded him in the church near Winona, Minn.
