Humbird, Wisconsin (27 August 1959)
A birthday party was held at the J. Art Johnson home in honor of Miss Thelma Krosinski, now of Milwaukee. The hostesses were Mrs. Karl Johnson and Mrs. Andy Johnson.
Fred Krosinski and daughters of Milwaukee and David Walker of Chicago were overnight guests Saturday at the Art Johnson home.
John Flynn spent the weekend at home. He is employed in Chicago.
Mrs. Laura Dignin accompanied her cousin, Miss Lucille Jacobson, home to Ladysmith Saturday. They have planned a vacation trip.
Mr. and Mrs. Mike Young of La Crosse called Sunday afternoon at the Bert Terrell home.
Clyde Allen of la Crosse called on Cullen Dignin Sunday afternoon.
Friends gathered at the Miss Elsie Jahn home Thursday afternoon to celebrate her birthday.
Earl Zimmerman left Monday morning on a business trip to Washington, D. C.
Mr. and Mrs. Cullen Dignin entertained Saturday Mrs. Laura Dignin, Miss Lucille Jacobson of Ladysmith, Dixie Dignin and Loren Nibbe of Hobart, Ind., Mrs. Theo Blum and Joy of Price, and Mrs. Edith Smith.
Mr. and Mrs. Dale Dignin went to Beloit Friday night, taking Carey Austin home after his visit. They returned Sunday.
