Holstein, Gretchen Ellen (Marriage - 29 August 1959)
Nuptial vows were exchanged August 29, by Miss Gretchen Ellen Holstein of Madison, and H. Keith Schoff. The ceremony was performed at the Frame Memorial Presbyterian Church in Stevens Point.
Parents of the couple are Mr. and Mrs. Floyd G. Holstein, formerly of Neillsville and now of Stevens Point, and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Schoff of Marshfield.
Miss Elizabeth Holstein was her sister’s maid-of-honor. Wallace Kane of Madison was bestman, and ushers were Raymond Quant and Edward Oakes.
The bride graduated from Wisconsin State College, Stevens Point, and received her Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin and is working on a doctorate. She is a member of Omega Mu Chi, Sigma Zeta, and Sigma Tau Delta. She teaches at West High School.
Mr. Schoff is a graduate in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and is a recent graduate of its law school. He is associated with a law firm in Madison.
On their return from a wedding trip to Door County, Mr. and Mrs. Schoff will reside at 509 N. Lake St. Madison.
