Mr. and Mrs. Ole Skretteberg drove Sunday to Joliet, Ill., where Mrs. Skretteberg will teach the fourth grade again this year. Mr. Skretteberg planned to return home Tuesday.
Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Oens and Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Oens and son, Racine, who spent the weekend with the former’s mother, Mrs. Harry Oens, and at the Soren Larsen home in Neillsville, were Saturday callers at the Chris Feutz home and were Saturday dinner guests at the William Buddinger home.
Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Anderson, Kenosha, spent the weekend at the Ragnar and Robert Mortenson homes.
Mr. and Mrs. William Tullis spent from Thursday until Monday in Waukesha and Milwaukee visiting their son, George and daughter, Doris.
Bible study will be held at the George Allbaugh home Thursday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. George Weilander, Valley City, N. D., who spent a week with her sister, Mrs. Paul Schultz, left Tuesday for Oshkosh, where they will visit Mr. and Mrs. Hallie Schultz.
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Zank, Chippewa Falls, and Mr. and Mrs. Chris Feutz were Sunday supper guests of Mrs. Art Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Zank were on their way home from Milwaukee.
Mr. and Mrs. Anton Rizner and family and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Rizner, Chicago, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rizner and family, Milwaukee, have been spending their vacation with relatives and visited their mother, Mrs. Mike Rizner, who is a patient in Memorial Hospital at Neillsville.
Mr. and Mrs. Otto Anding, Lynn, spent Sunday afternoon at the Paul Schultz home.
Mr. and Mrs. Louie Matousek returned to West Allis Wednesday after spending several days with her mother, Mrs. Frank Short, her brother, Kenneth, and his family; and his brother Frank Matousek and family. Mrs. Frank Short returned home with them and will spend a few weeks with her daughter.
Bruno Nupneau and sons, Chicago, recently spent a few days with his brother-in-law, Dave Krutsch, and wife. Mrs. Nupneau, the former Lydia Krutsch, was in ill health and unable to make the trip.
Mrs. Harry Oens spent from Monday until Thursday with Mr. and Mrs. Chris Feutz.
Jean Williams, who is employed in Marshfield, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Williams.
