Struensee, Robert W. (Flips Car - 1959)
Robert W. Struensee, 21, of Neillsville, was ordered to pay $50 fine and $5.95 costs in the court of Justice Henry Wittke here Tuesday afternoon on a charge of reckless driving.
The charge was brought by city police after a car Struensee was driving climbed the curb near the corner of Fourth Street on Hewett, ticked one big elm tree, side-swiped another, flipped and landed upside down in the Fourth Street gutter near the library. The accident happened shortly after 10 o’clock last Friday night.
Neither Struensee nor his step-brother, Harvey Schroeder, who was a passenger, was seriously injured. The car, however, was wrecked.
