Cutts, Patricia (Marriage - 10 October 1959)

The Rev. Norman Lindloff performed the double ring ceremony October 10 in St. John’s Lutheran Church in Neillsville, which united in marriage, Miss Patricia Cutts of Christie and Marvin Wagner of Neillsville. Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. LaVerne Cutts, and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wagner, Sr.

The bride was attired in a floor length gown of Alencon lace and nylon tulle over taffeta.  The full bouffant skirt was fashioned of nylon tulle with lace appliqué.  The fitted bodice, with a Sabrina neckline, trimmed with sequins and pearls, was styled with long, fitted sleeves, coming to a point at the hand.  Her elbow length veil was attached to a half crown of pearls and sequins. She carried a bouquet of pink roses and white stephanotis.

Her matron-of-honor was Mrs. Betty Sims of Neillsville. Bridesmaid was Miss Kathy Marty, a cousin of the bride.  They wore dresses of turquoise chiffon over taffeta with matching half crowns.

The groom was attended by his brother, Walter Wagner, Jr., of Milwaukee, as best man, and Jesse Marty of Neillsville as groomsman.  Ushers were Oakley Smith of Rockford, Ill., and Billy Appleyard.  Completing the wedding party was Billy Sims, ringbearer and his sister, Debbie, miniature bride.

Approximately 300 guests attended the reception held in the school hall.

On their return from a wedding trip to southern Wisconsin and Illinois, Mr. and Mrs. Wagner will reside on Rt. 1, Eau Claire.
