Neillsville, Wisconsin Production Credit (Meeting - 10 November 1959)
The Neillsville Production Credit Association, farmer-owned financing institution with a loan volume of over $2.3 million, will hold its annual meeting here next Tuesday.
The organization will serve a dinner to members at the American Legion Memorial Hall at 12 o’clock noon, with reservations estimated at approximately 400, according to Ervin Steiger, association general manager.
The annual stockholders’ meeting will be held in the Adler Theatre, starting at 1 p.m.
In addition to annual reports, the stockholders will consider a resolution, authorizing the board of directors to offer investment (Class A) stock to $1,000 to members.
The election of a director to succeed Roger Curran of Taylor also will be held. The nominating committee has place on the ballot, the names of Mr. Curran and Lyle Rommel of Melrose.
An address will be given by Frank W. Peck of St. Paul, Minn., a member of the federal farm credit board.
