Frederick Grap, Sr., and Louis Dux were among the lucky deer hunters, getting their deer on the first day of hunting.
Mr. and Mrs. Ferd Grap visited Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow and were dinner & supper guests there Sunday.
Gerhardt Scheel was a dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Schlinkert and family Sunday.
Mrs. Gordon Thoma and daughter spent Sunday with her mother, Mrs. Herman Dux, while the men enjoyed a day of hunting.
James Northup of Rockford called on Mr. and Mrs. Herman Dux Sunday evening.
Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Kalsow of Neillsville and Mr. and Mrs. Lebrecht Kalsow spent Thursday afternoon in Granton with Mrs. Anna Pischer, the occasion being her birthday. They were her supper guests. Mr. and Mrs. Art Wegner were among the evening guests; Neillsville guests were: Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Pischer and family, Mrs. Dan Gluch, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Keuer and his mother, Mrs. Laura Keuer.
Mrs. Herman Dux helped Mrs. Linus Prock in Neillsville at a quilting party Tuesday afternoon.
Victor Halbrader delivered a load of hay for Art Schwamb from the Lebrecht Kalsow farm Saturday afternoon.
Raymond Kalsow and Walter Grap of Milwaukee spent the weekend with their home folks and enjoyed hunting, but returned Sunday afternoon.
