Pine Valley (31 December 1959)
Miss Victoria Helwig of Chisholm, Minn., Ann Helwig of Milwaukee and Andrew Helwig of Sturtevant spent Christmas vacation with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Helwig and family.
On Sunday Victoria Helwig and Barbara Matczynski of St. Paul and Margaret Seltz of Fairchild drove to Chicago to spend a few days with friends and relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Ed Marg entertained at dinner Friday Mr. and Mrs. Donald Marg, Cindy and Jeffrey, Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Marg and Terry, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Marg, Kenneth and Bradley, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Hagedorn of Neillsville, Richard Schlueter of LeSueur, Minn., and Roger Helm of Granton.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Hagedorn and four sets of twins were guests at the Ed Marg home Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Henry Helm, Roger and Donald of Granton, will be supper guests New Year’s evening at the Ed Marg home.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gutman are spending the balance of the winter at their home on Cunningham Creek, near the Black River. Christmas weekend visitors there included Mr. and Mrs. Louis Koran, Jr. and Mr. and Mrs. Louis Koran, Sr., of Marshfield; Miss Esther Koran of Minneapolis and Mr. and Mrs. Henry B. Schoen and John.
Rose Marie Lueck, who teaches in Hawkins, is spending the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Lueck.
Janice Milton, who teaches in Marshfield, is spending the holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Milton.
Dorothy Ackerman, who teaches in the Lutheran School at New London, is spending the vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ackerman.
