Kaliszewski, Steve (12 MAR 1878 - 21 DEC 1956)
Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Tuesday, Dec. 24th for Steve Kaliszewski, 78, who died at the hospital at Marshfield of a heart ailment on Friday, Dec. 21, 1956.
Mr. Kaliszewski was one of the old settlers in this community (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.).
He was born in Poland on March 12, 1878.
Father Francis Piekarski officiated at the services for the deceased, assisted by Father Eugene Knopka and Father Connie Chilicki.
Burial was made in the parish cemetery. Grandsons served as pallbearers.
