Hudson, Arthur (? - 19 OCT 1956)
We have recently learned that Arthur Hudson, the last living member of the Thorp pioneer family (the Hirman F. Hudsons) passed away in Minneapolis on Oct. 19, 1956, death being caused by a heart ailment. He had been residing in Minneapolis for many years.
His father, Hirman F. Hudson, was a member of the firm Nye, Lusk & Hudson, pioneer lumbermen of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.). Still living in Thorp are Leland and Ora Nye, sons of the late Melvin Nye of the lumber firm. There are no living members of the George Lusk family.
