Neillsville, Wisconsin (28 January 1960)

 

Dr. and Mrs. William Olson of Greenwood visited Mr. and Mrs. Richard Van Gorden last weekend. The Olsons recently returned from a southern trip.

 

Mrs. John Apfel was moved by ambulance early Tuesday to Memorial Hospital.  She suffered a heart attack.

 

Mrs. Ole (Minna) Aspen who had been under observation at Memorial Hospital returned home Monday.

 

Shirley Keller, a student in advanced nursing at the University of Wisconsin, is spending a mid-semester vacation with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Keller.

 

Judge Lowell D. Schoengarth will address Kiwanis Monday evening on the subject, "Scouting Versus Delinquency."

 

Mr. and Mrs. Darrel Buettner of Hackensack, Minn., visited Saturday at the Otto M. Schultz home.  Mr. and Mrs. Schultz visited Friday evening at the August Beyer home.

 

Warden Arthur Schroeder will present information on the 1960 boat regulations at the Rotary next Monday evening.  Illness kept him from appearing at Rotary last Monday evening.

 

Mr. and Mrs. Fred Grap, Jr. and daughters spent the weekend in La Crosse visiting Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tichy and family, Mr. and Mrs. Carl R. Schlicht and Dennis, and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Schlicht and daughter.
