Klapatauskas, Mike (March 1885 - 10 February 1960)
Funeral services for Mike Klapatauskas, Sr., 75, of the Town of Warner will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from Holy Family Catholic Church in Willard. Burial will be made in the parish cemetery.
Mr. Klapatauskas died at 2 a.m. Wednesday at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Matt Gregorich, near Willard. He had been ill for several weeks. He leaves his wife and 10 children and many other relatives. The body will lie in state at the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood preceding the service.
Mr. Klapatauskas was born in March 1885 in Lithuania. He moved with his family to Willard, in 1917, and had made his home there since.
Mr. Klapatauskas leaves his wife, Lena and 10 surviving children, 30 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Two children died in infancy.
The surviving children include: Mrs. Matt (Katherine) Gregorich of Greenwood; Mrs. Al (Mary) Fischer, Mrs. Ernest (Estella) Dulinski, Miss Martha Klapatauskas, Mrs. Matt (Josephine) Wind, all of Chicago; Julius of Thorp; Mike, Jr., of Willard, Mrs. Sam (Frances) Vallone of Milwaukee; Mrs. Frank (Agnes) Debevec of Willard; and Charles Klapatauskas of Withee.
