Borck, Arthur (13 DEC 1886 - 9 MAR 1957)
Funeral services for Arthur Borck, 70, were conducted by Rev. Cecil Ward at 2:00 o’clock Wednesday afternoon, March 13th at the Thorp Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Borck passed away at the Stanley Hospital on Saturday evening, March 9th, 1957, having suffered a stroke on Sunday, March 3 on his farm home in the Town of Mead. He had reached the age of 70 years, 2 months and 24 days.
He is survived by three sisters, Margie, Mrs. Kenneth Miller, Vancouver, Wash., Lily, Mrs. George Yoder, Stetsonville, Wis., and Alma, Mrs. Richard Coates, Thorp, and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was laid to rest in the East Thorp Cemetery. Pallbearers were John and Cesar Barth, Eric Amendt, Ed Kippenhan, Walter Jascot and Wm. Roessler.
