Chmaj, Sophia (1870 - 8 APR 1957)
Mrs. Sophia Chmaj, 87, a citizen of this community (Thorp, Clark Co., Wis.) for many years, passed away at the hospital at Stanley on Monday, April 8th, 1957. Rosary services was held on Wednesday evening at the Thorp Funeral Home and funeral services will take place at St. Hedwig’s Church at ten o’clock Thursday morning (today).
