Perrenoud, Nancy (18 MAY 1957)
Miss Nancy Perrenoud, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert G. Perrenoud, Chippewa Falls, became the bride of Edward G. Western, son of Mrs. Edward Western of Stanley, on Saturday, May 18, 1957.
St. Charles Church in Chippewa Falls was the setting for the 10:30 a.m. ceremony with Rt. Rev. Monsignor William F. Daniels as celebrant. John Kozra was the organist and accompanied the soloist, Mrs. Jerry Miller who sang "On This Day."
The bride escorted to the altar by her brother, George Perrenoud, wore a floor length gown of Chantilly lace over satin fashioned with a scoop neckline and whist length sleeves. The fitted bodice extended into a full bouffant skirt. Her veil of silk illusion was held by a double crown of sequins and pearls. The bride carried a bouquet of red roses and stephanotis.
Mrs. Mylon Herbert was her sister’s matron of honor, and Mrs. Howard Seefeldt, Medford, Wis., sister of the groom, served as bridesmaid.
Mylon Herbert attended the groom as best man. Ushers were Howard Seefeldt, James Bowman and Harvey Western.
After a ten day wedding trip, the young couple will make their home in Black Creek, Wis.
