Neeb, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar (Silver - 29 May 1960)

The children of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Neeb of Loyal held a surprise dinner Sunday to celebrate the silver wedding anniversary of their parents. Those present included their attendants, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Seidelman and children of Milwaukee.

Other guests were: Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Fritz, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Vogel and family, Milwaukee; Miss LaVaun Neeb, Dodge Center, Minn.; Mr. and Mrs. Milo Sitts, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Koenig and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Sitts and family, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sitts and family, Boscobel; Mr. and Mrs. John Vogel and Kenny, Mrs. Eva Vogel, Wisconsin Rapids; Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Hattery and family, Wheeler; Mr. and Mrs. Archie Thorson, Osseo; Mrs. Edna Cone, Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wetzel and Bobby, Neillsville; and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Vogel and Dianne, Owen.

In the evening friends and neighbors held open house at the Neeb home.  Many gifts were received.

Oscar Neeb and Gladys Cone were married at Greenwood May 29, 1935.  Their attendants were Mr. and Mrs. Harold Seidelman of Milwaukee.  They have lived in the Loyal vicinity since their marriage.  They have three children: LaVaun, Mrs. Walter (Joyce) Wetzel, and Neil.
