Langiewicz, Eva (8 APR 1901 - 21 JUL 1957)

 

Eva Langiewicz, 56, of the Town of Worden (Clark Co., Wis.) died suddenly Sunday afternoon, July 21, 1957 enroute to the hospital.  She has been in ill health for about two years.  Eva Rogalski was born in the city of Thorp, April 8, 1901, daughter of the late Stanley and Julia Rogalski.  She was married to Alex Langiewicz Jan. 14, 1919.

 

She is survived by her husband, four sons, Valentine and Adam at home, Alex Jr., Neillsville, Richard, Greenwood; seven daughters, (Dolores) Mrs. Donald Ramberg, Thorp, (Leona) Mrs. Steven Lato, Stanley, (Clarice) Mrs. Russell Rode, great Lakes, Ill., (Henrietta) Mrs. Harold Harder, Minneapolis, (Eve) Mrs. Rex Rixford, Eau Claire, (Audrey) Mrs. Bill Peterson, Stanley, Joan at home, one sister, Mrs. Anton Jarosz, Thorp, three brothers, John and Joseph Rogalski of Thorp, Martin Rogalski of Withee, and 21 grandchildren.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

 

She was a member of St. Hedwig’s Church.  The body will lie in state at the Plombon Funeral Home, Stanley, until the time of services Thursday morning, July 25, at 9:15 at that funeral home with Father Piekarski officiating at 10:00 a.m. at St. Hedwig’s Church.

 

Rosary will be held at the Plombon Funeral Home Wednesday evening at 8:00.
