Mrs. Howard O. Geise attended the funeral of a cousin in Curtiss Wednesday afternoon.
Mr. and Mrs. Jess W. Scott visited their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Scott, in Northbrook, Ill., last weekend.
Stella Davis, Mrs. Ernest Korth of Neillsville and Mrs. Mabel Gallagher of Chili started summer school at Central State College at Stevens Point June 20.
Mrs. Earl (Ione) Bruhn has returned home following eye surgery at University Hospital, Madison. Her mother, Mrs. Lillian Schweinler, returned here and will remain for an extended visit. Mrs. Schweinler spent eight months keeping house for a son in Fort Leavenworth, Kans., while her daughter-in-law spent seven months in Australia, her homeland. She recently visited a son-in-law and daughter in Beloit, also.
