Kebl, Frank (1885 –1960)

 

Frank Kebl, 75, former shoemaker of Greenwood, died Sunday afternoon at St. Joseph’s Hospital Marshfield, one hour after being admitted.

 

Funeral services are scheduled for (Thursday) morning at 9:30 a.m. from the Hill Funeral Home in Greenwood, and 10 a.m. from St. Mary’s Catholic Church.  The Rev. Aloysius Madic of the Holy Family Church in Willard will officiate.  Burial will be made in St. Mary’s Cemetery.

 

Mr. Kebl, the father of Louis Kebl of Greenwood, was born February 12, 1885, in Yugoslavia.  He is also survived by a daughter Mary, of Yugoslavia; seven grandchildren; his wife; six step-sons and four step-daughters of Milwaukee; and a step-daughter of Beloit.

 

He came to the United States in 1913 and spent most of his years at Greenwood.
