Harold Mitte had the misfortune to tear the ligaments in one knee during haying. He was taken to a Marshfield hospital Monday, where he will have surgery. He will be laid up for several weeks.
Mrs. Clara Timmler of near Neillsville has been a patient at Memorial Hospital in Neillsville since last week. She fell and became ill, and was taken to the hospital.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Hagen had their infant daughter baptized Saturday evening by Rev. Ruege at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Kalsow. Mrs. Hans Kalsow and Raymond Kalsow were her sponsors. She was named Nancy Kay.
