Janice Greeler sang, "The Wedding Prayer," and "The Lord’s Prayer," accompanied at the organ by B. H. Boese of New London.

The matron of honor and flower girl wore dresses of orchid, with lace-edged fingertip veil. The bridesmaids were attired in mint green dresses, with bodice of lace and Sabrina neckline, skirt of organza with lace panel in the front and fan bow in the back.  They carried lace fans with pink sweetheart roses.

Following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, and a wedding dinner attended by 250 was served at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran School.
