Story, Leo J. (1904 - 1 OCT 1957)
Funeral services for Leo J. Story, 53, Hannibal, father of 13 children, who died Tuesday from a heart attack then fell from a "snow fence silo" while adding another row of fencing, was held at 2 p.m. Friday from the Hannibal Presbyterian Church. Burial was at the East Side Lutheran Cemetery at Stanley.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian, and his 13 children, Allen, Darrell, Duane, Darvia, Addie Mae, Milton, Marie, Hazel, Gladys, Debra, Eugenia and Gertrude, at home; and three sisters, Mrs. Dan Chiasmore, Evansville, Wis., Mrs. James Asplin, Waunakee, Wis.; and Mrs. Lester Baker, Sharon, Wis.
He was born in Clark County, married in 1937, and moved to his parent’s farm in 1933.
