Quite a number from here were down to watch the fire at Anton Barton’s. His barn burned to the ground Friday evening.
Chas. Northup threshed for H. Silkey Monday.
Mary Chase came down from Loyal and spent Sunday at home.
There is a new silo being built on C. Mill’s place.
Naomi Richardson was up from Neillsville and spent a day with her sister last week.
Mrs. Julius Bohnsack was quite sick one day this week.
Mrs. Chas. Northup and daughter, Hazel, of York spent Monday at the Silkey home.
Mrs. W. Kelch and Mrs. H. Richardson were in the city Thursday.
Len Boon’s threshing machine separator was burned in the fire at Barton’s Friday night.
