Gladh, Susan  (12 APR 1951-13 DEC 2010)

Susan G. Gladh, 59, Green Bay, was taken by God to be an Angel on Monday, Dec. 13, 2010. In honor of her wishes, there will be a private gathering and service for the immediate family.

Susan Hansen was born on April 12, 1951, in Marshfield, the daughter of the now late Lloyd and Esther (nee Guenther) Hansen. She was a graduate of Loyal High School with the class of 1969. On Dec. 26, 1984, she married Bruce Gladh at Calvary Lutheran Church. She was employed as a human resource analyst for Brown County for more than 10 years and truly loved her job and the people she worked with. Prior to re-locating to Green Bay, she was employed for more than 20 years in the human resource department at the Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff. Her first love in life was her family and she spent it as a caring wife and mother and grandmother. She was true to her faith, family and friends. The legacy she left to her loved ones was her strong commitment to family. She liked to spend time outdoors and greatly enjoyed camping and boating with her family. She was quite a cook and was always willing to showcase her talent for her family, of which they never disappointed and left very full. She loved traveling and greatly enjoyed the trips to Mexico, New York and Florida.

Survivors include her loving husband, Bruce; her daughters, Kimberly Loos, Appleton, Stacie (Cory Schlafer) Pack, Menasha, Jodi (Daniel) Drost, Medford, Tana (Brad) Peotter, Rhinelander, and Georgia (Jeremy) Fryar, Marshfield; seven grandchildren Jacob, Emma, Cal, Makenna, Brooklyn, Aubrey and Kylie; one brother and sister-in-law, Ken (Kay) Hansen, St. Germain; one sister and brother-in-law, Donna (Herb) Langfeldt, Loyal; her best friend and support system, Debbie Klarkowski, Denmark; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend a warm note of appreciation to Dr. Dhimant Patel, Dr. David Rhode and all of the Angels at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Center for all of their kindness and loving support in caring for Susan.
