Machleb, Inge (Marriage - 22 October 1960)
Nuptial vows were exchanged Saturday in a double ring ceremony in St. Stephan’s Lutheran Church, Milwaukee, by Miss Inge Machleb of Huenfeld, Germany, daughter of Mrs. Kaethe Machleb of Germany, and Edward Stibbe of Milwaukee.
The bride was attired in a white lace ballerina length dress with a finger-tip veil cascading from a pearl studded lace head piece. She carried a bouquet of white and pink roses entwined with green.
Attendants were Miss Alvina Stelter and a German friend of the groom.
A wedding reception for 35 guests was held at the home of Mrs. Krone, the groom’s landlady.
On their return from a wedding trip to Florida, Mr. and Mrs. Stibbe will reside in Milwaukee.
The groom after his arrival here from Germany, made his home for several months with Frederick Stelter on Rt. 3, Neillsville, going to Milwaukee six years ago. The bride was brought to America by her husband for the wedding.
Those attending from Neillsville were: Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Stelter and twin daughters, Barbara and Yvone and Gail; Mrs. Ferd Stelter, Oscar Stelter and Herman Gloff.
