Glenn Bushman, son of Mr. and Mrs. Art Bushman, was dismissed from Memorial Hospital in Neillsville, where he was a patient for seven weeks following an accident in which he received severe burns.
Mr. and Mrs. Donald Berthold and daughter, Gloria, and Mrs. Frank Briski and children were entertained Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Williams in Thorp, in honor of the 13th birthday of their daughter, Shirley, which occurred Wednesday.
Mrs. John Wuethrich spent Thursday and Friday with her aunt, Mrs. Anna Eaton, in Necedah.
The Women’s Guild will meet in Our Savior’s Lutheran Church this (Thursday) afternoon. Hostesses will be Mrs. Elmer Johnson, Mrs. Earl Gordee, Mrs. Melvin Alperstett, Mrs. Fred Hilton and Mrs. Don Warner. Bible study will be in charge of Mrs. Richard Thompson; the Stewardship program by Mrs. Einar Jackson and the worship offering will be by Mrs. John (missing lines).
