David Smith bought the J.B. Short farm of C. Hockett Monday.
Oscar Hockett sold his farm last week to Chas. and John Hockett.
R. Frantz shredded corn for Ed. Carter and Will Stevens the first part of the week.
Mr. Hannah from north of Neillsville visited at Rudolph Frantz last Sunday.
A.J. Moldenhaur purchased a new piano from Mrs. McAdams last week.
Oscar Hockett has bills out for an auction he and his brother Floyd are in Richland Co this week looking up a farm to rent.
Arthur Short has been doing some stumping on the farm this fall.
Geo. Bue and family received a visit from their old friend Mr. Barber Sunday.
Mrs. A. Carlson left last week to join her husband who has rented a farm in north Ill.
