West Grant Township (30 September –1937)

Mrs. Stevenson called on Mrs. Dary one day last week.

Mr. Frank Tykac and his brother-in-law and wife returned from their fishing trip.

Mrs. Van Kayer’s mother returned here to spend some time.

Miss Lola Lowery is staying with Mrs. Bill Young while Bill is away to work.

Mr. and Mrs. C. Harris and son LaVern called at Mrs. Dary’s home Saturday afternoon.

Jim Wood and Ed Myers are helping out with the corn at Emma Riedles.

Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Lowery and family and Charles and Lenard Lowery of Neillsville spent Sunday at the (name missing) home in Hewettville.

Mr. Fred Sternitzky (words missing) at Will Lowery Monday afternoon.

Mrs. Wm. Holt of (blank) Grant visited Sunday with Mrs. Dary.

Mrs. Wm. Young and daughters Betty and Dorothy spent Sunday afternoon with her brother and family, Ed Schoemacher.

Mrs. Wm. Holt and son Merton called at Mrs. Dary’s on Monday morning and bought a heifer from her.

Mrs. Emma Riedle called at Wm. Lowery’s Sunday evening.
