Kayce Oestreich and Chadd Kunze were united in marriage on August 28, 2010, at Zion Lutheran Church in Colby. The Rev. Mark Neumann officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Scott and Coleen Oestreich, Colby and her husband is the son of Joyce and Richard Thieme, Medford, and David and Juleen Kunze, Stratford.
The bride wore a dropped waist lace ivory gown with beaded embellishments. Her veil was handmade by her mother, beaded with ivory and lace. Her bouquet was a mix of green and white hydrangea, ivory roses, and green orchids, wrapped in ivory satin with an antique broach.
Maid of honor was Kelsey Gray, Woodbury MN, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Mandi Hornick, Colby, friend of the bride; Sara Oestreich, Wausau, sister of the bride; and Heather Drazkowski, Oconomowoc, sister of the groom.
Personal attendants were Kristin Dahm, Oak Creek, friend of the bride, and Melissa Butkus, Dorchester, friend of the bride.
Best man was Dan Smith, Colby, friend of the groom, Groomsmen were Jimmy Rankel, St. Francis, friend of the groom; Lee Kunze, Abbotsford, brother of the groom; Lony Oestreich, Colby, brother of the bride.
Ushers were Andy Hergard, Eau Claire, and Jason, Johnson, St. Paul, MN.
Music during the ceremony was provided by Joan and Marta Neumann. Photographer was Heather Kessler Photography of Stevens Point.
A reception was held at The County Aire, with 200 guests attending.
The couple honeymooned in Negril, Jamaica.
The bride graduated from UW-Stout in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and tourism management.
The groom graduated from Milwaukee Are Tech in August with a degree in funeral services. He is currently the funeral director at Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home.
The couple lives in Dorchester.
