Lynn (1 September 1938)
Mr. and Mrs. Geo Guenther of Eau Claire called at the Louis Helm home Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Ledebuhr and children, arrived from Milwaukee to visit with relatives and friends here. Their daughter Dorothy returned home with them after a months visit here.
Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Dankemyer and daughters and Mrs. Anna Martin visited with the Arthur Opelt family in Levis.
Mr. and Mrs. John Altenburg the Misses Etta and Emma Altenburg and Kenneth Dix, spent Sunday and Monday visiting at Glidden, Ashland, Hurley and Iron Mountain, Michigan.
Mrs. Anna Sternitzky returned home from Wausau after a visit there with relatives.
(Due to last Monday being a holiday and other matters beyond our control which caused us to get a late start Tuesday on setting our type, we are obliged to omit the remainder of the items sent us by our correspondent.)
