Central Washburn (1 September 1938)

Visitors at the H. Qualley home Thursday were Mr. and Mrs. and Amanda Machel, Chicago, and Mrs. O. Drescher, Neillsville.

Mrs. H. Seltrecht, Sherwood, visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. H. Qualley on Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Gleason, Madison, and W. Hansen, Sherwood, called at the Qualley home Sunday p.m.

Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Florence were Granton callers on Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. H. Linton, Neillsville, were Sunday guests at the R. Volz home.

Preparations are in progress for silo filling.
