Romanowski, Thomas James (30 December 1961 - 8 November 1986)

Thomas James Romanowski, 24, died on Saturday, November 8, 1986.

He was born in Stanley, WI, December 30, 1961.  He attended Thorp schools.  He was engaged in farming at Route 1 Thorp.

Survivors include his father and mother, Edward and Florence; brother Edward Jr.; sisters, Mrs. DuWayne (Pat) Anderson and Mrs. Rita Teschler; 3 nephews, Jesse, Jamis, and Jarrett Anderson; and 3 nieces, Jennifer, Paula and Missy Teschler, all of Thorp.  He was preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and John in May of 1976.

Funeral services were held November 13, 1986, 10:00 a.m. at St. Bernard-St. Hedwig’s Church with Father John Puerner officiating, and Father Steven Baures reading the eulogy.  Burial was at the old St. Hedwig’s cemetery.

Pallbearers were his friends, Jim and Joe Gurklis, Bill Kodl, Patrick Zurakowski and cousins, Alan and Kenneth Tyznik.
